How is Sütaş Cream prepared?
For dessert, cake and fruits;
Store 12 hours in refrigerator before whipping. Pour into a deep cold cup. You can optionally add powdered sugar. Whip with a mixer for 3-5 minutes at the highest level or 10 minutes with a whisk wire.
It rises up to 3 times volume when whipped.
For meal;
Use directly. No need to be whipped.
