How can you understand if the butter is real or not?
Simple tests to see if the butter is real or not:
1- Hot water test: Take a piece of butter and drop it into a glass of hot water. If the butter melts by shrinking in one piece, it is real. If it breaks into pieces while melting in water, it is fake.
2- Cutting test: Touch the butter you took out of the refrigerator with a knife. If the places that you touched are broken into small pieces, it is rela. If the whole fat is cracking, the chances of being fake are pretty high.
3- Melting test: Leave the butter to room temperature and wait. If it's getting softer slowly, it's real. However, if it releases water as it melts, it is probably fake.
4-Color test: Melt the butter. Pay attention to the color of the parts that melt and flow into the plate. If the melted parts are darker than butter, it contains food coloring. The butter you melt in the pan should be foamy. If it does not meet these conditions, it may be fake. The reason for the foaming of the butter is that the milk in it comes out due to the density difference.
