What is the difference between Butter and Margarine?
Butter is obtained as a result of whipping and condensation of milk fat. It is a completely natural animal product. It contains at least 82 percent milk fat. (This rate is 80 percent in salted butter). The rest consists only of milk. Margarine, on the other hand, is plant-based. It contains multiple ingredients such as vegetable oil, salt, water and emulsifiers.
