Our advanced technologies and R&D activities bring together the dairy culture of Anatolia with our world-class expertise. With our recipes, we carry food values derived from Anatolian culture that are thousands of years old into the future.

We design our facilities ourselves and support the design and production of most of our software, machinery, and equipment in Turkey.

We established our industry's first R&D center in our Karacabey facilities in 2016. Employing 37 researchers, our R&D center has three international and 18 domestic patents and 98 utility model certificates.

Our R&D and production engineers launch research, development, and application projects. The aim is to develop new production techniques and improve existing ones, increase company-wide efficiency, and develop Industry 4.0 and digital transformation applications (production line robots, automation systems, etc.).
