How do you support your farmers?

"Milk requires effort, and the dairy business requires knowledge and training."

We prioritize improving our farmers' knowledge and experience so that they can be successful and reap the rewards of their efforts, and we also train our dairy producers and the farmers who grow our forage crops.

Each of our facilities has a Dairy Farming Training Center and Training Farm, established in cooperation with the universities in the relevant regions and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Since 1998, we have provided free training and consultancy services to producers, students, and entrepreneurs at our training centers to achieve healthier and more efficient dairy farming in Turkey. We have provided free dairy farming training courses to 19,510 producers and 35,000 entrepreneurs and students to date.

We provide support, training, and opportunities to all the growers we work with to help them specialize in soil preparation, seed selection, efficient irrigation systems, organic and organomineral fertilizer procurement, and harvesting.
