We ensure the traceability and reliability of our products and ensure their naturality with the “Sütaş Farm to Table Food Safety" system, which monitors the entire process, step by step, from the feed our cows feed to the delivery of our products to the tables.
Naturalness has been our main goal since day we established. We utilize advanced technology to produce while maintaining the essence and naturalness of milk, without making any alterations.
We control and analyze the milk before entering our facilities, at laboratories in accordance with the accreditation rules with international reference methods, and accept milk that meets Sütaş Natural Taste standards at our facilities.
From the moment it enters our facilities, we record every stage of milk within the factory using smart systems, managing the process with digital technologies and automation systems.
We provide sterile air quality in all areas where milk may come into contact with air and positive air pressure that does not allow air to enter from outside to inside. In this way, we eliminate all kinds of risks that may come from the air.
We obtain various dairy products such as yogurt, ayran, cheese, and butter from milk that complies with the Sütaş Natural Taste standards.
We also keep a sample from each production lot to track our products until their shelf life expiration. Our products display the production date with hour and minute information on top of the best-before date.
In addition to this meticulously managed process at our integrated facilities, we expect our material and service suppliers to operate according to food safety, traceability, and sustainability criteria and encourage them to improve their processes.
