How does Sütaş motivate and satisfy its employees?
Our social activity team, the Group Sütaş, consists of volunteer Sütaş employees and organizes company events inside and outside the company for our colleagues.
We hold various activities, from talent competitions to karaoke parties, hobby clubs, spontaneous surprises, competitions, and online activities, to provide brief breaks and entertainment to the Sütaş family. We also organize cultural trips where we invite our families to join us, to encourage socialization.
