Sütaş Cream, produced from the fresh milk of Sütaş farm, consists of %100 milk fat. It helps you to create new recipes in a practical way by covering all professional needs (cooking and whipping), increases the flavor and consistency of every meal / dessert it enters into, balances its taste and makes its appearance appetizing.
PREPARATION:
For dessert, cake and fruits;
Store 12 hours in refrigerator before whipping. Pour into a deep cold cup. You can optionally add powdered sugar. Whip with a mixer for 3-5 minutes at the highest level or 10 minutes with a whisk wire.
It rises up to 3 times volume when whipped.
For food;
Use directly. No need to be whipped.
Cow's milk cream, modified starch, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickener (cellulose, xhantan gum), (sodium alginate & carrageenan; from edible seaweeds). Contains 30% milk fat.
